Our mission
To make every person’s useful skills visible and connect them with people who need those skills—so that a degree, English fluency, formal employment history or social connections are not prerequisites for being seen. Koochbhi is a skill exchange, not an employer or a promise of income.
Our vision
An India where every person can offer a skill, every everyday need can meet a capable person, and people can exchange value with dignity—in their own language, with people before paperwork.

Unemployment and underemployment are serious social and economic challenges. We pledge to do our part: make skills visible beyond degrees, language, location or background, and connect people with practical opportunities to contribute, earn and become more self-reliant. Every person has something to offer. Every skill deserves a fair chance to be seen.
This is Koochbhi’s public commitment—not a statement of government affiliation or endorsement.
How we try to live it
- People before paperwork: speak or type; no forms to fight with.
- Capability before labels: skills and reliability matter, not only certificates.
- You stay in control: nothing is posted, accepted or paid without your explicit confirmation.
- Honest claims: we say what is live and what is not.
