Protect yourself from fraud
- Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, bank PIN, card number or password with anyone — not with another user, not in chat, not with someone claiming to be Koochbhi. Koochbhi staff will never ask for them.
- Be careful of anyone who asks you to pay money first to get a job, or to move the conversation off the platform.
- Check identity, place, timing and price before you meet or start work. Meet in public or tell someone you trust.
Report a problem
Report a job, a profile or a message at Report an issue. You can also block a person inside a job. Urgent and safety reports are marked for faster handling.
Private security reporting
Found a security weakness? Email Namaste@koochbhi.com with the subject “Security report”. Please do not post it publicly and do not access other people's data.
Work that needs qualifications or licences
Some work is regulated or higher-risk: care and medical help, electrical work, transport/driving, and food preparation (and similar). Koochbhi does not check or certify licences, qualifications, insurance or training. If the work needs a licence (for example a driving licence, an electrician's licence or a food-safety registration), ask to see it before you agree. Providers must not claim qualifications they do not hold.

Moderation and appeal
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break the Community Rules. If you think we got it wrong, file an appeal at Report an issue and choose “Appeal”.
