Audio and transcripts
Speech recognition is done by your browser or phone's speech service. Koochbhi receives the text you submit, not a recording, and does not store audio. Your device's speech provider may process audio under its own policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential: language choice and the tokens that keep your session and jobs.
- Service measurement: anonymised first-party events to find errors and failed steps.
- No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are used at this time.
Notifications: service vs marketing
Job, agreement and payment notices are service messages. Koochbhi does not send marketing messages today; if that changes, it will be a separate opt-in that is never pre-ticked.
Your rights
Correction: edit your details in “My Koochbhi” or ask us. Withdraw consent: turn off permissions in your device settings or write to us. Deletion: see Account Deletion. Some records (for example payment, fraud and dispute records) may have to be kept for a period required by law; backups are overwritten on a schedule. Requests: Namaste@koochbhi.com.
