Request deletion of your Koochbhi data
Use this page to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Koochbhi.
Email Namaste@koochbhi.com with the subject line “Koochbhi Data Deletion Request”.
What to include
- Your name, if you provided one.
- The mobile number or email address you used with Koochbhi, if any.
- Any Koochbhi Job ID, Request ID or reference number that helps us locate your records.
- A short statement confirming that you want your Koochbhi personal data deleted.
Verification
To protect users from unauthorised deletion requests, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you or to a transaction you controlled. Do not send passwords, OTPs, banking PINs or unnecessary sensitive information.
What we will do
After a valid request is verified, we will delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Information we may need to retain
Some records may need to be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, dispute handling, accounting, tax, legal claims, regulatory obligations, security, audit trails or other purposes permitted or required by law. Where possible, retained records will be minimised and access-restricted.
Deletion does not affect another user’s independent records
If you shared information directly with another user, that person may independently retain information outside Koochbhi’s control. We cannot delete copies held independently by another person or third-party service, although we may remove or restrict Platform-held copies where appropriate.
Connected services
If you later use a connected Koochbhi service, including an optional integration such as ScoreBaba.com, a deletion request to Koochbhi applies only to data controlled by Koochbhi Private Limited unless the connected service is expressly included. Where another legal entity controls the connected service, its own deletion process may also apply.
